Q. What is the upper age limit to participate in the DYSoC Summit?
A. Participation is open to all youth and young professionals who are below the age of 35 years. Individuals falling in border-line age are encouraged to apply (i.e. if you are 35 years). Observers above the age bracket are welcome to attend but please notify us in advance.
Q. Is there a registration fee to participate in DYSoC 2018?
A. There is no registration fee and your selection is based on your submitting the completed Registration Form. As a youth delegate, you must commit to two days of participation so that there is continuity in the flow of ideas and thoughts and a more productive experience.
Q. How do I register for DYSoC 2018?
Q. How will I know if I have been accepted as a Delegate for DYSoC 2018?
A. Once accepted, you will receive an email clearly stating your confirmation as a Delegate for the Summit. Your name will also be listed on this website as a Confirmed Delegate so keep checking the Website for updates.
Q. What are the timings for the Summit?
A. . The Summit will commence at 9:30 am on October 03rd and 04th 2018 and will conclude at 4.30 pm on both the days.
Q. Is there any dress code for the Summit?
A. There is no dress code for the Summit. Just be you.
Q. Do I need to bring any ID cards?
A. Yes, please carry your School/ College/ Institutional ID card or any other accepted ID document. You will need to show your ID card while entering the Venue and you must produce your ID card at the DYSoC 2018 Registration Desk on the morning of October 04 at the Venue.
Q. How do I reach the Venue (Miranda House, University of Delhi)? Is there a road-map available?
You can reach the venue by the Delhi Metro. Board the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro and exit at the Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station (Click here to view interactive route map of Delhi Metro). Exit at this station and use this map to reach the venue (Miranda House is less than 10 mins walking distance from Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station.
Q. Where do I report after reaching the Venue (Miranda House)?
A. The Summit will have a Registration Desk at the College Gate.
Q. Will there be food provided for those attending the summit?
A. Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all registered participants attending the Summit.
Q. Will I get a certificate for participation?
A. Yes, all delegates who participate in the two days Summit will get a Certificate of Participation on the second day. Please collect your certificate on the second day itself. Request for collecting the certificates later on, or through email will not be entertained.
